We want you to be completely satisfied with your ARMANCARTS selection. We offer a 7-day exchange window. Refunds are not applicable.

Cash on Delivery advance and cancellation

Standard delivery is free on all orders and takes 5 to 8 days. Express takes 4 to 6 days and costs ₹200 extra, depending on your PIN code. Cash on Delivery orders need a ₹150 advance paid online when you place the order. The balance is paid on delivery. If a Cash on Delivery order is cancelled, the ₹150 advance is non-refundable, because shipping and handling costs are already incurred.

7-Day Window

Request an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Unworn Condition

Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.

Courier Pickup

Doorstep courier pickup arranged directly from your address.

1. Exchange Policy Guidelines

To qualify for an exchange, the garment or horology item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with no perfume scents or damage, accompanied by the original receipt/invoice and security tags.

2. How to Request an Exchange

Email help@armancarts.com or call +91 80755 30313 with your order number and request. Do not share card or bank details over email or phone. Ask for exchange instructions before sending anything back.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not applicable. Orders can be exchanged under this policy, but the amount paid is not returned.
